You know what really pisses me off about Jonas haters? Their quickness to judge the three brothers, when I doubt they've ever listened to one of their songs, with the execption of S.O.S, which was played on many radio stations back when it was first released. Other than that, do these "haters" know the deep, pure beauty of their other songs? Like When You Look Me in the Eyes? Please Be Mine? Stay? Critical? Take a Breath? Hold On? Hello Beautiful? Need I go on? If these haters took the time to really sit down and have open hearts about the boys' music, they'd come to love it the same way we did. If someone still wants to say the Jonas Brothers "suck" and they're "gay" (when one is clearly married to a woman), then they can go on with their bad selves. My point is this: you really have no right to judge a band negatively unless you've personally taken the time to listen to more than one song of theirs and give them a chance. This goes for all bands, not just the Jonas Brothers. But, as a Jonas fan, it really pains me to see Kevin, Joe and Nick wrongly judged, when most of their haters probably haven't even heard their non-mainstream songs. That is all.
^This. How about no. Who cares about the Jonas Brothers. Kanye West is a bigger tragedy in the music world. A man with so much talent will never get the recognition he deserves because dipshits base his music on how he acts in public. Sure, he acts like an ass.. so that’s that. He’s an ass. That doesn’t mean his music anything short from amazing.
He’ll probably go down in history as that guy who stormed the stage when Taylor Swift was getting that award. smfh.
“Someone doesn’t like you? Fuck it. Having a bad day? Fuck it.
Didn’t get that job, or that grade, or that promotion you wanted? Fuck it. Fighting with your lover? Fuck it. Feel fat today? Fuck it. Losing control of everything and everyone? Fuck it. What matters now won’t matter soon; the truly important thing is that you are alive, and that you have the capacity to do absolutely anything with this beautiful, crazy coincidence of being on this earth.
Just stick your middle fingers in the air and think, ‘Damn, I have it good.’”—Gerard Way (via idontbelieveinluck)
Lord, what a beat. I’ve seen so many people discredit Ye because he samples so much. I’d love to see someone take songs like “Chase The Devil” by Max Romeo and try to chop’n screw it anything like Kanye did.
